The Purdue University Intercollegiate Athletics Department is happy to comply with donation requests for charitable organizations whenever possible. Below is the department's official policy regarding donation requests.

We are asked to support thousands of worthwhile charitable causes and events each year, and make every effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. However, due to the number of requests, we simply are unable to accommodate all requests that fit our guidelines.

According the NCAA Bylaw 13.16.1.2 - Fund raising for high school athletics program - an institution may not provide funding directly or though paid advertisements to benefit a high school athletics program. Purdue Intercollegiate Athletics cannot provide items (t-shirts, jerseys, autographed balls) to high school for fund-raising activities.

Please view the official Donation Request Form at the link at the top of this page. Print out the PDF, complete and fax to the number on the form or mail at least four weeks prior to your activity.
